Hello, my name is Alexander Chernyshev. I am the founder of F&B Jet Asia-East and a chef with over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry, including servicing business aviation aircraft.

We created this website for the convenience of flight attendants who are visiting Kazakhstan for the first time, as well as for our regular customers to prepare for their flights.

Aviaketering is a convenient food delivery service on board the aircraft before departure. You choose dishes from our menu, place an order online or by phone, and we make sure that your order is ready and delivered on board before boarding.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order on our website or by contacting our operator by phone. Choose dishes from our varied menu and specify the details of your flight.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

It is recommended to place an order as early as possible so that we have enough time to prepare and deliver your order. It is usually recommended to make an order 24-48 hours before your departure.

But we can also fulfill an urgent order, for this you need to leave a request 4-6 hours before the desired time.

What happens if the flight is delayed or changed?

We monitor the status of your flights and adapt the delivery time accordingly. If there are any changes to your flight, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update the details of your order.
